Amidst mixed global sentiment, Nifty to open on a flat note



Asian markets are trading mixed with Chinese markets showing marginal signs of recovery post-Thursdays drop.

Nikkei is trading 0.34% lower while Hang Seng has given a strong bounce back by gaining 0.35% after tumbling more than 1% on Thursday’s trade.  

US Markets remained closed on account of Thanksgiving holiday.

Dollar index continues to hover around its one-month low price after the FOMC minutes.

European markets ended on a flat to positive note with FTSE losing 0.02%, CAC gaining 0.5% and DAX shedding 0.05% lower.

FII /DII Data: In yesterday’s trade FII’s bought 73 cr stock in the cash market whereas DII’s bought 222 cr worth of stock.

In the derivative market, FII’s bought 144 cr of Index futures and sold 505 cr worth of Index options.

In the stock futures segment, FII’s bought 101 cr worth of stock futures and bought 21 cr stock options.
