Mahindra & Mahindra's sales have seen a slight decline
in October. In October, Mahindra & Mahindra's total sales were down by 2
per cent to 51,149 units. In October last year, Mahindra & Mahindra's total
sales were 52,008 units.
On the basis of year-on-year basis, Mahindra &
Mahindra's domestic market sales in October increased from 48,729 units to
48,818 units. On an annual basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's exports in October
decreased from 3279 units to 2331 units. On the annual basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's commercial
vehicles sales in October increased from 18,059 units to 19,279 units. On an
annual basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's passenger vehicles sales declined from
24,737 units in October to 23,413 units.
On an annual basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's light
commercial vehicles sales in October increased from 17,588 units to 18,531
units. On an annual basis, the sale of medium and heavy commercial vehicles of
Mahindra & Mahindra has increased from 471 units in October to 748 units.
Sales of Mahindra & Mahindra tractors have also come
down. On an annual basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's total tractors sales
declined from 45,177 units in October to 40,262 units. In the domestic market
in October, Mahindra & Mahindra's tractors sales declined from 43,826 units
to 39,226 units. On an annual basis, the export of Mahindra & Mahindra
tractors has decreased from 1351 units to 1036 units in October.
